Luckily for Bagnaia, the pressure was reduced after Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GASGAS Tech3) who was behind him had to fall at Turn 15.
However, Bagnaia will be threatened by Marquez who moved up to fourth place with only 1.3 seconds behind.
With 16 laps remaining, Bagnaia seems to only be able to secure third place after falling further behind Bastianini with a gap of 2.9 seconds.
However, he showed revival after rediscovering his speed.
While Martin and Bastianini raced with a pace of 1 minute 31 seconds, Bagnaia twice set a time of 1 minute 30 seconds as a new record.
The time difference from almost three seconds was reduced by the defending champion to under two seconds.

Returning to the front position, the battle became fiercer between Bastianini and Martin in the last two laps.
Bastianini crazily executed a maneuver that was aggressive enough to push Martin off the track.
Martin, who went wide, was immediately 2 seconds behind Bastianini. He shook his head in disapproval.
