MotoGP racer Fabio Di Giannantonio has just extended his contract with the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team until the end of the 2026 season.
Not only that, Diggia also received a direct contract from Ducati, where the Italian racer is reported to be using the same motorbike as the factory team, namely the Desmosedici GP 2025 in the upcoming season.
With Diggia remaining at VR46, it means that there are only six seats left for the 2025 MotoGP season. One seat at VR46 Racing Team, one seat at Gresini Racing, one seat at Trackhouse Aprilia, one seat at LCR Honda and two seats at Pramac Racing.
Meanwhile, several racers have not yet decided their fate in the 2025 season. Starting from Franco Morbidelli, Takaaki Nakagami, Augusto Fernandez, Jack Miller, and Miguel Oliveira.
Meanwhile, all factory team seats are already filled. The Ducati factory team is occupied by Francesco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez, the Aprilia team is occupied by Jorge Martin and Marco Bezzecchi, Monster Energy Yamaha is still occupied by Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins.
Next, Repsol Honda is still occupied by Luca Marini and Joan Mir, and the KTM factory team has Brad Binder and Pedro Acosta.
