Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez are always the two leading names when talking about the most prestigious motorbike racing event in the world, MotoGP.

Even though they come from two different eras, both of them have competed and been rivals on the same track for several years.

Appearing first in the 125cc class in 1996, The Doctor successfully achieved brilliant achievements with nine world titles.

His figure became increasingly embedded and became an icon for Yamaha where Rossi was able to dominate the highest class four times.

Meanwhile, Marc Marquez has soared to fame since he became part of Repsol Honda in the MotoGP class in the 2013 season.

Even though he acted as a rookie in that season, Baby Alien was immediately able to win the premier class world title.

Marquez’s dominance became increasingly difficult to deny as the performance of the Honda RC213V motorbike was at its peak at that time.
