Italian racer, Luca Marini had just gone through a tough race weekend previously in the Austrian series.
Now he will face a new weekend in Aragon, and will be hoping to do better.
Aragon is very interesting because last year it was absent, with the new track surface perhaps it could create unexpected competition.
“I am looking forward to the next race after the disappointing end in Austria,” Marini said in HRC’s official release .
“Going into the weekend, I know that we can show our level compared to the other Honda riders and continue to improve.
We are back in Aragon after not being there last year, but I don’t think it will change much,” added Marini.
Meanwhile, his teammate, Joan Mir , is also looking forward to being in action in Aragon.
“We were very busy after the race in Austria, but busy is good because everyone involved in this project has been working for the future.
I can’t wait to return to Aragon, the last time I raced there I was on the podium in 2021.
“The approach for this weekend will be the same as the previous races, where we will work on what we need to work on and see what is possible when the lights go out on Saturday and Sunday,” Mir said optimistically.
Mir has never won a race with Repsol Honda since first joining in 2023.
